"ATHM stock is up $0.25!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

AOL is up another whopping $6. Unbelievable. We aren't participating in the rallies, but we sure as hell will participate in the future profit taking dip or Nasdaq correction.

Did anyone see the T.J. interview on CNBC early this morning? It was sometime around 5:00 A.M. Eastern. I thought it was a fair interview (conducted by Liz Clamen). T.J. did a good job. I thought he was eloquent and quick thinking. I am still a little shocked that CNBC gave ATHM any air time at all. T.J. blamed the drop in stock price on "open access." I agree with that, but we can't discount the interest rate jitters. He also said it would be disastrous for each and every municipality to set its own rules and govern broadband. T.J. believes that ATHM management is unified and hitting on all cylinders. ATHM has met or exceeded all of Wall Street's expectations each and every quarter. He is satisfied with the company's growth and feels it will continue to prosper.

If the Portland decision regarding open access is overturned by a higher court, this stock will rocket. The 30s will be a thing of the past. That is what we sorely need at this time. On the other hand, if the ruling is upheld, we will continue to flounder.

It's time to rake those leaves.:0)

Take care,
Ed
