There has been a huge amount of capital generated in the last 10 years and in my opinion, all the possible capital that people are willing to deploy must be deployed before the top is in. The decreasing time of rotation is telling us something about the capital available to push the stocks to higher levels. Maybe we need to get to sector rotation on a minute cycle before things get interesting. These automated systems can help traders to quickly move at the speed of a cpu. <ggg> Joan
