Jeffrey, remember all the crap about the decline being shorts, yada, yada, yada. Well, it looks like the company has been doing the diluting all along while telling investors "we don't know why the stock is going down". Bullshit! Now that I see this company's mode of operation, I can easily predict that they are using shares to fund their startups, probably to a point of needing a reverse split before it's all over. I sure bet that management has their interests protected, preferred shares or some convertible options. It's slick how non reporting company management can grease themselves. <VBG> Of course this is all just my conjecture, nothing based on fact, but then that's been the case for all ORXX shareholders understanding.
