You bring out some of the things that caught my attention about them. . . I am still studying the sector. . .looking at all possible takeover candidates. At this point, the rumor of DCLK buying TFSM [which is about a month old] has gained far more attention than I had thought possible. . . .must be one of those organized rumor sites.

The thing is. . . you have CMGI wanting to be number one. . . they bought ENGA, FCST And ADFC for the purpose of overthrowing the leader, DCLK. DCLK is not going to sit on its hands, and has plenty of shares of its own for purchases. The only two that are available for purchase at this point, are TFSM and MMPT. . . both giants in the industry. . .so holding both of these is a great play.

I believe CMGI will soon announce some sort of consolidation of all their advertising holdings. . . remember they also have Unicast and Ad-something-or-other. . .can't remember name. . .both of which are pretty big. . . so once they make such an announcement, it should bode well for all concerned.

On the other hand, DCLK HAS TO do SOMETHING.. . anything. . .so grabbing up TFSM and/or MMPT is the only logical solution. . . however, CMGI has been quicker to the draw.

NETP and others are still good prospects. . .because this is such a great sector. . . .looking to identify the other players in the sector. . .some are disguised. Just don't know enough about NETP yet.
