It has been stated in a few postings that Lutz had day-to-day control of NN's operations, but I find that hard to accept. From the brief statements supposedly made by Matthews, he is acting as though he did not know what was happening. In the real world, where a chairman of the board does not own 22% of the company, the board of directors would have forced him out. As an act of independence, I would like to see members of NN's board to resign, but NN is not the real world. We are in deep _hit!
