Ah, the judge can kiss my...oh well you get the picture. The guy is a rat, he rushes to get his announcement out 1 minute after earnings, then he sits on his hands.

I don't think there will be any settlement here. The old windbag will get his day in the sun blasting microsoft, just like he always dreamed of doing. But I hope I'm wrong for the sake of my sad and forlorn Nov 100 options that I bought expressly for the earnings announcement.

I suspect the stock rallies hard regardless of what the Judge decides.

If he leans to MSFT it is considered a huge victory.

If he hammers the company, the market will look for a breakup and start valuing the pieces, especially the substantial net assets. That might rally the stock even harder.

Just remove the cloud of uncertainty and the stock should start a big move up.
