Actually, I think NN said it's "not in talks" about a buy-out. That's a step removed from resisting. In, any case, what's the likely play if a company announces that they are offering X for all outstanding shares of NN?

Would there be the requisite number of sellers for $30 or more on Monday? Put me down for a couple thousand "yes" votes!

I would think TM is VERY vulnerable right now. As I speculated yesterday, an open bid for NN in the immediate future makes more sense (IMO) than any other type of acquisition strategy.

If I didn't think it was really tacky to pray for money, I'd be over at Holy Family, right now asking if they have an "Altar Boys of All Ages Program." :-)
