Tom: Well I did say it makes an interesting 'read' didn't I?

Having said that the 'lemme' assure you the 'separating' usually comes quarters elsewhere. As you may know India has always been receptive to others (relatively speaking)-some came seeking refuge, some came with intentions of hostility, some came with deception in their hearts- but came they did and stayed too for quite a spell, well the others..the others are Indians just like any other.

Rajeev:..it is no business of America's what India does to Indian Christians

Tom:So, we are not interconnected, you and I? If I am an Indian living in the US is it my business then? If I am an Indian who became an American citizen is it my business? If my wife is Indian is it my business? If my mother-in-law is Indian is it my business? If my dearest friend is Indian is it my business? Where do we draw the line separating us?

The problem is not being 'connected' but it is with the 'PONTIFICATION' primarily, because you see the 'pontificator' needs to be above reproach; also when 'pontification' becomes a 'selective' exercise the whole thing turns into a farce or a 'dog and pony show' as it were.
