Can't explain it either chris - nor could I explain the other double digit up days. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow. Regarding Jeffrey's comment on Phase IV and the module biz - think again. Phase II was already explained as their plan for modules. Very logical. Phase I was building an end-end active/passive component portfolio. They've basically done that. Phase II involves putting those components together to accelerate their customers' TTM and oh btw, significantly increase JDSU's margins. Phase III is major capacity expansion. Phase IV? Don't know - probably a major acquisition that further expands their footprint. BD
