Rob: Excellent suggestions.

As for NN's Mgmt, they seem to change Objectives ever so often and confuse even their admirers. Let me give you 2 concrete near term examples.

a: Two Q's ago we were told Production was a problem due to lack of an ERP system with their parts suppliers and orders were overflowing. Now we are told there is a lack of orders for the Q. This means their Forecasting is bad. I do not know what heuristic models they use and how they compute
project completion probabilities. But it sure needs improvement.

b: To ensure MGmt gaps were filled MR A.L was signed on as COO. He was specially chosen because he was an Operations specialist. This means the main concerns were in Production. Now the new man appointed comes from a Marketing background. Does this indicate that the production problems are over and the new problem is Marketing/Sales etc.? Or is this a make shift appointment and there are problems every where.?

"And while ATM did grow year-over-year, shipments in the quarter did not grow sequentially -- that is this quarter over last quarter."

Rob,
Did you pick up in the CC that Newbridge grew Q2 ATM revenues 80% yr/yr? The analyst was kind of surprised at this figure so he asked Terence to repeat it, which Terence did.

Do you know the Q2 dollar figure this 80% growth translates to?
Thanks,
MikeM(From Florida)

Rob: I am working in the networking business in Massachusetts, and I hear (but I guess this is only rumor) that Ironbridge is pretty much a disaster. Do you know otherwise?
