Kim, The press release mentioned a "court order" several times. Shareholders need and deserve to know the contents of the court order. Thanks... Paul

Kim, While everyone else moans and groans about court orders, I'd like to point out the last line of the release. "In another matter, drilling of the brine water wells at Franklin Lake is proceeding on schedule and should be completed by the end of the week of November 8, 1999." Great news. Naxos is keeping on schedule and we could have answers as early as December. So we will know soon enough what is in the brine. Thanks for the update. Tom F.
