First, those are registrations that are required in that state for legal purchase, not ownership. Second, get real. You think most murders are worried about legal requirements?

The problem we are experiencing is that we are living off of old stories. There is no new news. Heck you might as well have the NTSB, FAA, Navy and Coast Guard running this.
