TATRADER, I may lose my goldBug status after making the following disclosure.

In my whole life I have never held a piece of gold in hand,
and have read that it has a certain weight and feel unique
to most all other metals. This I read in an advertisement
for gold jewelry. Not without gold tho, I have 9 gold capped
back teeth as a result of Tonnes of Halloween candy.

My dentyst is extra careful and would not let me touch them,
but I can feel them with my tongue after the glued in procedure.

Know I do the feel of a lead bar, and the touch of brass and
copper, but together what I felt would not feel like gold as
these two combined do not excite and smooth ones' soul.

I also hold no shares in the types of an IBM or GE, and if did
so I would not feel a need to touch a cornerstone brick at one
of their companies locations.

But if I held a paper that identified it as representing physical gold,
then unless I'am not into a short term hold, I would feel dumb
and stupid not to exchange the 5 cents piece of paper for
the physical gold it represents. Storage charge ? No problem,
for the piece of mind knowing I have The Piece of Gold (in hand).

Now fiat money, paper money, noooooo problem as we know,
a little ink adabbado onto paper in the press, and presto .
