Why is Go2Net such a jewel? It seems that this thread is blinded by its loyalty. The market is saying that Go2Net is fairly to slightly overvalued at this price. I'm not sure that the Charter IPO has any effect on the price of Go2Net stock, no matter how successful the IPO.

Regards,

Gerry #6 Still long and strong but thinking about waivering.

How about this scenario?
GNET/CHTR/ et. al. become extremely successful, making us all trillionaires, huge demand for stock, keeps going up and up. If we're trillionaires, what does that make PA and Russell and John? So, they proceed to buy a majority stake in GE's spinoff - CNBC.com - and fire Mark Haines and Bob Pisani and Joe Kernan. They then hire competent business commentators and analysts. Moving right along, having several hot IPOs at this point, Goldman Sachs comes calling, wishing for some business. Our little group laughs, buys their stock, and fires them all!
