Come on... "they are going to let the market decide" but they are suing Via and several secondary end users. Yes, Intel let down and hurt Dell and GTW and CPQ but Intel has very good relations with these companies and I doubt they would have preferred a defective product actually shipping. I doubt that relations have become too strained. Afterall, are they all going to open their arms th AMD and hope AMD cna ship enough. Intel is still, roughly speaking, the only game in town.
