Dear Paul: I sure hope so. In the event you are not following this stock I suggest that you review the available info (not as complete as I would like) on the acquisition which was predominately cash. I think it has to add at least 30% to the top line (cant figure the bottom line contribution as they havent given us enough info) next year. I sure wish they had given us proforma (as if) financials showing the acquiree for the periods presented. JDN
