say the same about CPQ. In January I had to call 3 times
because of sound loss etc. Different techs talked me
through recovery procedures that screwed everything up to the point where I had to use the restore CD, TWICE! The third call got me a tech who admitted he didn't know, got help and proceeded to solve my problem. Maybe my experience was isolated, but it makes it hard to recommend CPQ.
