Can anyone in their right mind imagine any fund selling QCOM presplit?

Any fund manager that would do that would need a team of psychiatrists.

QCOM will either run to or open 100 postsplit.

buy QCOM now at 260-70 sell at 400 postsplit

closest thing to a slam dunk that one will ever see in the market...only thing that changes this is a fundamental change in the issue or a fundamental change in the market

Things seem to be winding down after an exhilarating day. So let me end my day on the thread with the following:

Close on Island at 162-1/2. 94 more outstanding buy orders than sell orders. Lot's of folks looking for a bargain tomorrow. Will they get it? We'll see.

Nite all.

>>GS downgraded Qcom...And Paine Webber downgraded Goldman, Sachs. <eom> <<

Now that is sweet justice. Many of these morons like to lead people around by the nose and just manipulate stocks for purpose of making quick comissions. I think that people should fire many of these jerk brokerage houses and tell them to go you know what.

The S+P futures are up 11 points indicating a wild opening.

If Judge Jackson would be so kind to give us a favorable ruling with Microsoft the markets would roar like a space shuttle
