Paunch,

If JL controls the company now, and the company is not reporting yet, can't they lift the restrictions on their shares or make some other arrangements for disposal or use of their shares? I am just asking.

Tim, restricted insider shares would be tough to convert to free trading. Also, insider rules , even for non reporting OTCBBs would require 144 reporting. We would know if insider selling occurred.
