Settlement date must be in 1999 and 3 day settlements so the last day to take a tax loss will be Tuesday Dec 28. I got all me tax losses outta da way - smart feller I am - LOL BTW - I put up on my website some ideas around trading and tax implications. I had 900 some odd trades last year and claimed it all as income and claimed the associated expenses. Well I gets a letter today from the annoying a-holes b- as expected I am being audited - For daycare expenses of all things. Go figure
