I don't wanna sound whimpy, but that is very reasonable to me.

At about eleven hundred feet on the lee side of Hawaii, the average annual temperature is 78 degrees. Lows and highs, year round, are within ten degrees of that, generally.

Rainfall is only something like 8 inches, too.

When we get the first 50 degree day in late March it's time to get our shorts out.
