Insiders like Case don't sell into rallies. They have very specific windows that restrict the times during a quarter they can sell. With the upcoming split, execs like Case typically diversify, this is not out of the norm nor a negative sign.

Case sold ten times as much a month or two ago when the price was around $100/share. Around the time the Board of Directors approved increasing the available shares of stock from 2B to 6B in anticipation of further growth. I think he sells when he needs the money.

Insiders like Case selling into this rally...why I sold my position today...buy back at lower prices.

What a ridiculous statement. What could possibly be the basis for you stating this? Insider trading is publicly disclosed. Your motivation for making such a spurious assertion is highly suspect. Get lost.
