I guess the market figured a significant cut in the dividend. Now how much will it be reduced by? Could be as much as 50% .... could be as little as .... ? The only question is, did the market figure a 50% reduction in the dividend?

What does it take to maintain one's REIT status? I would appreciate any help, thanks.
