Money isn't everything. Too often, it's simply a measure of how unscrupulous one can be in harming/destroying others. This was a matter of principle that I believed worthy of a fight. Unfortunately, the cowards/sheep within Zenith didn't agree. The few that did were terminated by LGE. The rest either slithered off or were bought off by LGE starting with Jerry Pearlman all the way to the present crew of second raters. I have a good deal of respect, however, for many of Zenith's engineers. For years, they toiled with 'Stone Age' tools to develop many hundreds of valuable patents, all now owned by LGE. Judge Walrath pulled the rug from under my feet. Rather than postponing the bankruptcy decision, allowing me to first present my derivative suit in Delaware Chancery Court, she whitewashed the entire campaign in bankruptcy court. Justice was ill served. So, LGE wins. Congratulations John Koo. Now, you can take all of Zenith's technology and open those HDTV plants in China and STB/IRD plants in Mexico to flood the US market. What goes around, comes around. The eagle will devour the hawk....
