I would like to see the bears a little higher. However, the bulls have dropped nicely from the high of 61.6 on 6/1/99. It's very significant that three very important short term P&F indicators (the % of NYSE > 10wk MA, the OPTs Stks Bullish % and the High Low Index) have all reversed up.
