I am going to change my outlook for Damoti.
With the new info I got from Paul, I am going to change my whole value on Damoti.
The way I take it, Standard has Norris Lake yet. About a month ago, he talked that way. With Damoti and Royal oak mill up in the air.
I think I will just sit back and relax.
And see what Paul can pull off. its worth something, thats for sure. I just am going to hope for higher gold prices next year.
gold-eagle.com
Initial up-leg: 339 - 257 = 82 Low = 257
Price target # 1 = $401
Price target # 2 = $448
Price target # 3 = $544
"Another characteristic of the Rule of Seven is that in dynamic markets, a FOUTH objective must be considered. The FOURTH price target is seven times the initial up-leg projected upward from the low of that leg." In this case the Price target # 4 = $831? my my my, it may well threaten gold's record high of $850 made in January 1980.
I sure am Glad my Sister is VP of a Bank, she will understand my Gold Fever. YAHOO. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
this value IMO is canceled as of now.
Everything still Stands IMO. RE: Damoti Lake. 1 Billion Deposit, IMO.
With the resent news on Zopilote, New anomalies, IMO, its just a matter of time till Paul finds a J V partner on that one.
But, IMO, the really big play is Damoti. Just think about this.
If you have been with the company a few years, we sure don't have to go over the great drill results Damoti can serve up.
This is just , IMO, but I believe that there are 3 mil or more ozs at Damoti.
this is just MO, that is for sure, BUT, time , I think will prove me right. They are comparing the BIF deposit with the Horseshoe deposit,
If Standard can raise some funds for drilling Damoti this year, that would be great.
TWG sure must be thinking about getting 100% of Atlanta NOW. their stock is flying high, I sure would take it and Cash to dump Standards 20%.
If SDM can sell Atlanta and get a J V and some cash at Zopilote, I sure feel that they can do Damoti 100% on their own.
If gold can stay over 300, and I don't think that is a problem, just look at the numbers.
I am going to use 300 bucks per oz,
if a mill is built, or use one in area, they have ore stock piled. they spent 2 1/2 to open it up.
lets take 1 million oz production, should be no problem, IMO
thats 300 million cash flow, @300 gold More drilling and development finds 1 mil more ozs.
1 Million oz production @ 350 = 350 Million cash flow.
and this will include Norris Lake , to be on the safe side.
more drilling and development finds 1 mil more ozs.
1 million oz production @400 = 400 million cash flow.
1 mil @ 300 = 300 mil 1 mil @ 350 = 350 mil 1 mil @ 400 = 400 mil ______________________ 3 mil @ 300 + 350 + 400 = 1,050 million, that's 1 Billion 50 million.
I am figuring a bull market, and gold price average over a few years. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
there are 5,000+ holders of stock out there, I sure hope you don't let this possibility slip thru you hands.
There is no Hype here, just basic info , Paul Saxton and his team have experience, I hope every stockholder can do one little thing to help this Mine get off the ground. I will do mine.
I have been buying and selling AEM since 1970, this is my 3 cycle of buying, holding now, for who know when.
Subject 17654
I am going to be here buying , I am here till I see Damoti in production and Zopilote.
then by that time, they can put me in the nursing home, with the pictures of our party at Damoti Lake, I will be throwing.
That Lake better be DEEP.( update from Jim, it's only 3 ft deep ) But that is O K, we will have so much money when Damoti gets into production, I will built a small lake to raise Walleyes. and a few ducks. Then I can watch them mine the rich high grade ore.

Damoti Lake, north of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories, Canada. Twenty- three out of thirty-five underground drill holes encountered mineralization in excess of 0.1 ounces of gold per ton. The most notable drill hole, UGD96-31, encountered 28 feet of 4.201 ounces of gold per ton. This interval, which far exceeds a previous award winning intercept, included assays of 7.85, 12.10 and 27.22 ounces of gold per ton. In some drill holes, the thicknesses as indicated in the following table represent the additional extent of mineralization thickness beyond the walls of a 10 ft. x 10 ft. drift which has already passed through the mineralized zone. Based on these significant assay results Quest is confident that the property, as explored to date, contains greater than the 600,000 ounces of gold originally projected.
assay results from its 2.5 million dollar underground exploration program at the Damoti Lake project located in Northwest Territories, Canada. A decline has been completed in the Horseshoe Pyrite zone for a total length of 172 meters and the South Drift on the 275 meter level is complete. Work continues on the North Drift on the 275 meter level. Drifting on the 260 meter level is in progress. The drifts are designed to test gold grades and continuity of mineralization along strike in gold zones previously intersected by surface drilling. One meter samples have been collected and assayed from both walls and the face of the drift. Assay results indicate that the South Drift has a mineralized zone approximately 40 meters long by 3 to 4 meters wide.
Happy buying and holing in gold boom.
