Yeah, it does seem like an awful lot. They train 2 hours a day four days a week until water training starts, and then it's 6 days a week. But it's not just about health. I think I'm giving him wings, sort of. Being out on the water, moving with your own power, is a wonderful feeling. No sound but the splash of your oars, and the natural sounds all around you. Maybe he won't love it, but I'd like him to have the chance.
