Mike K: You are right there seems to be something at play here other than the underlying facts of the case. Again I think the judge has put himself in a bind with a big shove from those companies that put him up to it. This decision could come around to haunt both AOL and SUNW if it is too draconian and somehow makes it through appeal. For my part I think the judge is wracking whatever brain matter he has to get himself out of this and still save face. Did he say the Friday would be in any particular year? Odd that the stock ran up before last Friday but seems to be whimping out today. This is what life is like in a system that lets the government run the market place. JFD
