Carl, you are a real trip. You just don't know when it's over. Tell ya what, I'll take the next 3 or 6 months and I will enjoy the ride. I've done so well by not listening to you that you would .... your pants. In the meantime, while I'm enjoying the ride with so many others, YOU CAN KISS MY ...!!!

Carl, the IEI is the "Irrational Exuberance Index" ((I owe it to AG).

As for whether or not, RMBS is going to be the memory of the future, I am too stupid to know that, who knows, in 10 years they may not have semi memories the way we know these today. The real question is whether RMBS can leverage its current uniqueness into a permanent market position (in essence, become a "gorilla"). I do not know the answer to that question. I let the market itself tell me what to do and most important, do not let my ego in the way of my investing. When I make a mistake, and I make a lot of these, I try and recognize my erring ways fast (witness last week's loss from $73 to $72 and reentry just above $66).

Good luck, and remember, it is never black or white, there are a lot of "grays" in between.
