Elmatador: Things are a changing. I remember 10 years ago in the UK, on average nobody had Windows. The PC usually ran a dedicated program for a particular task and that was it. The mentality had to change. I'm glad to say after being away 6 years and returning last year that it has. This is one reason why Internet usage is not as much as the US, coupled with the fact we pay a third more for PCs! Basically, just change the dollar symbol to a British pound symbol...that's what they do. Most telcos have woken up also to the impact that the Internet has made. The next gen telco has arrived and I know how much you argue about fixed network stuff. So, just to remind you: ericsson.com and ericsson.com then ericsson.com Then not to mention the IP nationwide network in Spain announced a month or two back and most recently the one in Poland. What's the chances of more? Me thinks there will be. M PS: Like the idea of a ranting web site about telecoms in Europe!
