This is the flushing out of the weak hands. I am willing to bet we are pretty close to a bottom in AMZN. I already have
a position in AMZN but otherwise I would be adding to it here and now. If AMZN breaks below the summer lows of 40 thats when I would be concerned but if that were to happen I would be liquidating everything and be in 100 % cash.

We agree that AMZN looks ugly. We are also NOT saying that this is the time to buy AMZN. What we are saying, and this is still the case after today's lower lows, is that AMZN is currently in a Pattern, Price and Time position from which a reversal in trend is a high probability. We monitor the stock during the day and if a reversal bar occurs with a change in momentum we will be buyers. It may never happen. That's OK too.
