If you had any sense, you should join me in asking the

same questions... Unfortunately, most of you have chosen to be BLIND CHEERLEADERS, in the hope that the stock will POP, so you can unload at a profit... Now, it might take a while, so you might as well consider joining me...

When I refer to a SEC Attorney, I mean a private Attorney who SPECIALIZES in SEC matters and know well it's requirements... WHY AM I SO CONCERNED???

I had a good stock called SFLK. They put out an over-optimistic PR (nothing as crazy - IMO - as that of NBMX) and they got investigated by SEC, as a result... More than 7 months have elapsed and SEC is still breathing on their necks... The Shorters have been all over the stock and it's gone down from $8.00 to a close of less than $1.00 today... The stock may well be finished, although it has a very good business...

65.6 cents and counting. And to think they need to raise 7.5 million dollars in equity in the year 2000 according to SFLK's own business plan. You know this is true because YOU have a copy when I faxed it to Eric in the spring of 1999.

Once again, from their own business plan ( Which you have a copy of) To meet those projections they said they had to raise 3 million in equity in 1999 and 7.5 million inn the year 2000. I dont see any of this info factored into your way of thinking. You are also assuming they are selling the thingiemagigs. Lets hear some real numbers year today from DiAmaro. How much have they sold and how much money have they taken in this year from their products? I dont want to hear about projections and if actual sales were good this company would be hitting the P.R. news wire with the news. Have they? No they have not. Now lets do some Floyd math. They need to raise 10.5 million in equity. If they get 20 cents would be on the high side. That means they would have to increase the outstanding shares by 52,500,000 shares. Now figure your P.E. out.

Breakthrough for SFLK: Systemax Selects Softlink's eMail VOICELink for Voice Communication and Voice Recognition Bundle for PC Consumers...

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 10, 1999--Softlink,
Inc. (OTC BB: SFLK), the leader in multimedia email software, today
announced Systemax's selection of eMail VOICELink(TM) for an "industry
first" bundle of Voice Communication and Voice Recognition tools on
the PC. The Bundle, an option available on any PC, includes eMail
VOICELink, multimedia email software from Softlink, an AC-100 Speech
Recognition Headset / Microphone from Cyber Acoustics, and Web 3.0
from Conversa. Other voice products are under consideration for
addition to the VR and Voice Communication Bundle in the future.
"Speech and voice recognition and communication products have
been available since the early 90's but for the most part were
distributed in the retail channel and then only as individual
products," said Kent Markley, president for Midwest Micro, a
subsidiary of Systemax. "The VR and Voice Communications bundle
demonstrates the latest method of consumer interaction with the PC. We
believe this is an industry first - the preloading of a VR and Voice
Communication bundle designed to provide our customers with an
exceptionally intuitive multimedia communication experience out of the
box."
"Computer buyers today will use their PCs for communicating over
the Internet. Our product, eMail VOICELink, gives them an easy-to-use
tool for adding voice to their email," said Carol Prior, vice
president of Sales for Softlink. "This bundle is a perfect
comprehensive solution to bringing voice use to today's computer
consumers."
"The VR and Voice Communication bundle is the first that allows
the computer manufacturer to value add their system with hardware and
software that makes sense for the end user," said Bob Santella, sr.
vice president of Sales, Cyber Acoustics. "We have developed a unique
partnership that is directed at web browsing and multimedia e-mail -
the (2) top applications for today's computer users. By including a
speech recognition headset / microphone, the end user can use the
AC-100 headset/ microphone unit for accurate speech recognition
software and to send VOICELink multimedia email without having to
upgrade the microphone hardware."

I wonder if Softlink management gave themselves stock options and a bonus for doing that successful 3 million dollar equity financing? I can hardly wait for the year 2000 when according to their business plan must raise another 7.5 million in equity. You know I am right since it was in their own business plan dated 12/98 to raise the 3 million in 1999. A hard lesson Francois, you went to the well on this one too many times when you should have moved on once you knew Ray and Berg were out.
