Another excellent article by Brent Mudry. It points out what I call the "revolving door of fraud" in the worldwide securities industry. By revolving door I mean:

-- Canadian securities law violators opening up shop in America (i.e. Gerald Sklar of ABFG)

-- People sanctioned by the FTC for fraud who are allowed to be CEO of a publicly traded company (i.e. Dorian Reed of HITT)

-- People fined by the NASD for bilking customers who are allowed to be CEO of a publicly traded company (i.e. Greg Writer of FNTT; now running a spin off)

-- People accused by the SEC for securities fraud who do Investor Relations (i.e. John Fasano for AZNT)

-- People accused by the SEC of securities fraud running tout sheets (i.e. Maier Lehmann and stockinvestor.com)

etc.

"We bought a shell from a Miami securities law firm ... it had a clean history, which is why we chose it,"

Any possibility that this Miami securities law firm referenced here was actually located in Naples, FL or had a relationship with a certain brokerage in Naples, FL?
