The elderly are actually worse off than they were 30 years ago, and you, or Lizzie, will have to show me documented proof that this is not true. Perhaps where both of you live, there is an unusual demographic which is not typical of most of the nation. Their are a very few, extremely, wealthy oldsters, and a great many poor ones. Looking at an average net worth is skewed by the enormity of the wealth of the few. ^ ^TD^ ^
