Aus,

Sure Eli did most of the talking. I thought there would of been of few more bodies there but it is a busy week here with earnings still dribbling out and a few conferences going on around town. There were probably 40-50 people at the lunch with maybe 20% of them bankers or company officials. There were a few empty seats. Lunch was some sort of fish that I could not identify. Some sort of white fish in a cream sauce.

As far as oversubscribed, yes it just means that orders were in excess of the deal size. I have been talking a I-bank that was not the lead banker so details are a little sketchy. Morgan Stanley ran the books.

The deal was filed for 3 million shares with an overallotment of 450,000 shares. But they priced 4.5 million shares as demand was strong. I am assuming all the stock was sold by the company but need to double check that.

I don't know the story that well but will do some work on it. Keep the thread on topic and working hard!

OT - Ausdauer - Here is more info on the device:

edig.com

It includes a barcode scanner which is used to input certain patient info (such as from patient ID tags, etc.), however, it doesn't do VTT as of now -- but they're working on it (with Intel). They have demoed VTT in the EDIG lab, but it's still not ready for a commercial product.
