SPYG, only have a sec here, here's an intraday of SPYG. Bollingers act similarly on a daily and intra....the narrow bollingers indicate a pop is very possibly forthcoming...up or down. In the move up today the bollingers were the reason to watch, the stochastic cross(red vert. line shows it) was the buy signal along with turned up rsi....that alone was not enough to buy but as the volume surged it was....

I hope this upload comes in, the net is clogged today, if not it should be accessible later.

Conversely...the same alerts gave a sell off the narrowed bollingers yesterday, just a tool something to keep in mind. The volume and candles represent 5 minutes of time.

The volume is often the key...these intras are nice because they tell you when the volume is exceeding the previous 5 minute periods...just like days on a daily..Candles and indicators work much the same as well..
