25 years experience and still extremely thin-skinned. Talk about touchy feely. Are you going to go pout now? <I give market advice, period). You won't be hearing much of it any more -like none.Best.wbm>

Says WBM: <One poster trys to commit herisey [sic] against my long reputation] Clearly, he has gone completely mad and thinks he is the Pope. Infallible and someone to revere.
Adios, amigo, via con Dios.

william: would you mind giving me an email address? I don't have anything in mind at the moment, but if you are not watching si, i'd appreciate being able to "post" you some other way. I don't watch any other thread. btw i'm out of the market entirely. I had to put everything i had left back into my real estate business. I am fine with that. Real estate actually gives me more peace of mind. But I "grew up" in the computer business, starting in 1961, and have always tried to keep up. Glad you got your account up near pre February levels. btw I actually believe Goldman Sachs mad an absolute PILE of money for their real inside clients, then, knowing damn well that the stock was in fact way ahead of itself. I feel sure of it. Won't ever happen again like that. I actually SOLD between 40 to 55 million dollars of dell, during my trading (of course bought an equal amount). It was a trading experiment, I really wanted to do. I'm not upset at all; I got one hell of an experience---and that was just straight stock, no options. Schwab couldn't believe what was going on in my account---kind of funny. At one point, their computer got behind my actual trading on a day they were installing new software---we "argued" what my real balance was, for almost three months. They actually had records so messed up---I have a printout so complicated for that period, no one can figure it out.
In any event, I absolutely have always received alot from your comments. Hope there is some way to keep in touch. Sorry the thread is not tougher; business decisions are not pretty some times. It is no place for the light of heart, on issues really being dealt with.
BTW Sun may be making one hell of an extra profit the next year. I am working on that. Important for giant accounts, and kind of interesting.

William, one sailor to another, sir. Your silence is
deafening. I know you told us we wouldn't hear from you
again, but sir, many of us have appreciated your valuable
input and the manner in which you deliver it. There is
always a certain amount of BS dished out on the thread,
but certainly not enough for those of us who know you to
change our high esteem for you.

If I knew how, I would PM this question to you. What's your
take on Dell going forward? I'm concerned about Dell's
high trading volume and lack of upside movement. I've heard the BS, now I would like to hear the truth as only
William B. Michaels can tell it.

Respectfully,

Gary Duncan
