Haim, the Fed is owned by WS - literally. it's a private organization, owned by it's member banks and the actual ownership structure is secret as far as i know (now why is that so?). it is not a government institution as it is probably commonly perceived. the fact that the pump priming continues unabated to keep the beast fed speaks for itself... regards, hb
