Important test tomorrow for NTOP and IDTC. NTOP filed to sell 6.4 million shares, of which 2.2 million is being sold by IDTC. Now if NTOP goes into free-fall tomorrow, we know the jig is up for IDTC and NTOP. If NTOP holds its own, then maybe it is time to cover IDTC. And wait at least until 10:00am to make this judgement call expect a lot of sh*t around the open. NTOP will fall at least 5 points, though my guess NTOP closes around $40 tomorrow. Of course everything depends on the market conditions tomorrow.
