John, 123 on Rambus... Yessir!! It may have to make a bull flag first to consolidate the huge gain just made, with a pullback to as low as the high 70's possible. But The corrective action since it hit 117.5 in July appears to have ended on the 10/21/99 low of 62. This means since the stock went public, it completed Wave 1 up on 8/11/97 @ 86 3/4. Then a grueling wave 2 correction took over, with A of 2 ending on 6/12/98, taking the stock down to 35 1/2. B of 2 rallied the stock back to 109.5 on 1/11. Then C of 2 collapsed the stock back to 55 on 04/26/99. That ended the large scale wave 2 correction. Wave 3 began from there, and 1 of 3 rallied the stock to 117.5 and completed on 7/16/99. Wave 2 of 3 pulled the stock back to 62 on 10/21/99, and since then, the stock has begun the AWESOME WAVE 3 of 3 rally. We've seen it's power by the thrust out of this correction. I expect the stock to run to 123 in the next several weeks, and possibly consolidate for a few days/weeks before finally breaking out of the large channel the stock has been in since going public. This channel break, which will occur at 125 will push the stock to 188 in short order. Get ready to ride!! ;o) David p.s. bought 680 shares today with a basis of 92. Let's see how i do.
