Usually such deal comes only once an economic resource is at least drill indicated. At the exploration stage Lipangue is, private placements are how most funds do it.

Les Price at the AGM mentioned that he met with the Fund some 30 times already. Mike, with all due respect, what would they have to talk about that would have taken 30 meetings??????????? 1 The drill results............ 2 The IP's that were rumored to have been finished first week of Sept................... Think real serious about it, you are a fund manager, with no results what the frig would you talk about in 30 meetings............. frankly after 2 it would be call when you got the results.......... we know they just got those............. Also, people do you not question the fact that if thirty meetings are necessary something is off the tracks............... common sense people, does not take that long to cut a deal. I worked for a company in early 1970's guy wanted to sell, took one half day to shake hands, we'll buy you sell................ the other company's accountants fly in the next morning 3 days later deal signed.......... purchase price 32 million........... purchaser, Honeywell USA. If both parties want to make a deal the deal gets done in a timely manner or maybe they talked about the weather, lol.
