I agree with everything you said, however I believe that a moth is much higher up the food chain than levy.

Your views are to the point and on target...

<But now - GNET is part of a larger combination - (CHARTER, Broadband Partners etc.) the direction of which is not nearly so clear. (The market hates uncertainty). So - while no one is dumping their stock - it is moving sideways in a wait and see.>

The release back on October 4, 1999 references the new Broadband Partners with GNET holding a minority interest. The Charter IPO should shed some light on the plans for Broadband Partners. This is very important indeed. If not, the uncertainty you reference will continue to linger and thus hold the price in check.
