Carl, <Now is Playstation a Nintendo or a Sony product?>

It's Sony Playstation (II). Nintendo currently has the Nintendo 64. Nintendo's next-generation console hasn't been given an official name yet, so right now it goes by the code name of Dolphin.

<Nintendo was an early user of RDRAM, but they never used Direct RDRAM (that I am aware of).>

You're right. Officially, the type of memory Nintendo 64 uses is known as RDRAM, while the type of memory that Intel is going to use in 820, 840, and beyond is known as Direct RDRAM. But I guess the original (N64) RDRAM isn't very relevant anymore, so these days, the term "RDRAM" usually refers to Direct RDRAM. (I personally gave up on the "DRDRAM" term because "RDRAM" just sounds more elegant.)
