Followed GRCI for most of the year, strange trading stock, they are spinning off a division Video Propulsion sometime next year. They are small but growing and are located in Wisconsin and have been in business for over 25 years. I think they must be looking for a JV of some sort and they could get it soon. They seem to have some good connections, have been planning to talk with them but haven't gotten around to it. This data is based on others I have conversed with. The stock is a rock, though. Has never really dipped all that much. I believe the shares outstanding is approx 4 million with 1 million in the float.
