WHat does this mean? The marriage is a forced one as it reads. Will this create pressure on WLA's CEO to meet and discuss with his board? Will he and his friends be happy? I assume ordinary shareholders will go for this combination as it gives a great appreciation in a short while. What about regulatory hurdles? I am sure there will be considerable cost savings from Lipitor and other comarketing. How long will it take before we get benefit out of this dog-drom? Assuming that the merger goes through, how long will it take to get a merged PFE producing value to share holders? I am a long term core holder but want to see in 50s. -Nat
