In this guessing game its appears (going by large quantities of Msft calls traded after 2:20) that the Judge will rule tomorrow(afterhours). And that somebody thinks the ruling is 'not that bad'. I just watch that one for fun, while accumulating Aol calls where millions are being bet. Am a strong believer that the Street gets this type news before the public, although they sometimes get sucked into a passing rumor.
