Credibility? Look at the NTVN IPO, an EBI issue. Also, last year the stock, EAST, has had troubles to stay at the nasdaq, kept the listing after an elonged no filing period with an exception (as EASEC) as it had "difficulties valuing their investment portfolio", partly consisting of Eastern European assets.

EAST stock itself has had a b(p)umpy ride since, but recently quite calm.

EBI is owned by a consortium out of my hometown, here, it has (had) ties to many Central European towns. Its not really the kind of people we cut deals with.
