SR 57 ... took a quick look at NPNT and INIT... not a lot of time these days... NPNT looking nice and looks to be setting up a nice LT daily run... watch the chart for entries at the 20 day MA ..... INIT looks to be getting oversold at resistance (where it close today) I 'd wait for a definitive breakout lest you see a backing off.... NPNT looks to be the stronger of the two FWIW (Sorry I can't offer more insight <g> but I do not have be tools available to me while I'm on the road.

Rande and all, could anyone offer an opinion on ADBL?

I stopped back in again at 11 1/2 this morning. One of those stocks where you don't sleep well without it in the port. I decided to stop flipping this one based upon further DD, and a touch of intuition. Something appears to be brewing. Stock has held particularly firm since an approximate 50% gain. Has also gapped up for the past three days in a row.
finance.yahoo.com

There was mention within the conference call of something called 'project oz' which is to begin this quarter. Perhaps that is driving it short term, I don't know. I am however seeing some obvious signs of accumulation.

Most notable within the recent quarterly report is the fact that thusfar, ADBL isn't sacrificing margins for growth. Gross margins increased from 45% in Q2 to 50% in Q3. If I were an aggressive fund manager, those numbers would be quite attractive... especially considering the potential of this company. It has next-generation-internet written all over it.

One more tidbit, and this is straight from the conference call: Audible is working with MSFT on their version of the AUTO PC and working with INTC on what they refer to as the CAR PC. Both of which use intel's broadband chip technology, a method whereby the car's stereo has a storing capacity, and retrieves downloads from a nearby PC via wireless broadband. So, you can essentially send your Audible subscriptions to your vehicle while it's warming up in the morning, before you leave for work.

I would assume rollout of such technology won't be for many months to come, there was no time frame given... but it gives you an idea as to Audible's potential. For now, a good portion of revenues will be driven by the handheld PC market. The HWP Jornado 430 has just begun selling and is Audible ready. Diamond Multimedia's RIO500 is also Audible ready, and is supposed to be available before x-mas.

Anyway, I can't find any reasons to sell this stock, and am having a hard time taking any profits at this level. It would appear this thing could run to an entirely new support level at any time given overall market conditions. Disagree? Why or why not?

Edit: This just showed up on yahoo---> biz.yahoo.com Radio Wallstreet Audio Internet Broadcast with ADBL's interim CEO.
