Hey K-Mart,

Let's hope that the TSCM management has something better to do.

Please send them a copy of the following:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise therof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Personally, I think Cramer is a complete jackass, albeit, a wealthy one. Anyone who can put one over on TSCM gets high marks in my book.

Theo

Maybe they can find out who you are and put a stop to your theft of their services.

Or maybe they should stop those "trial" subscriptions and start charging people for their "services". And maybe then they will see what that will do to their already meager revenues and to their stock price (and also to those who are "very long" on their stock<g>)
