Ugh....burns.... burned the palms of both hands a few years ago. I was soldering the tank seams on an older Datsun radiator... the heat from the torch expanded the metal of the big clamps that were holding it all together and they went SPROING... The rad fell forward off the rack and I put up my hands to stop it from hitting me in the face... SIZZZZZLE OUCH!!!! (and some other words that can't be printed here).... Plunged both hands right into the test tank with its soupy water (a tank filled with cold water...with a layer of oil, flux, muriatic acid, dead dragonflies, butterflies, etc... floating on top...) Ended up with one monster water blister on each palm...the whole size of each palm... missed a few days off work... and was a LOT more careful about those clamps from then on... LOL ...BTW, really put a damper on playing guitar for quite some time....;0)
